Rangers Agree Personal Terms to Sign Dundee Star Luke Graham
Rangers have agreed personal terms with Dundee star Luke Graham ahead of a summer move to Ibrox, according to Read Rangers.
The Glasgow giants have been busy in the transfer market during recent windows, and that is expected to continue in the upcoming summer window, as Danny Rohl looks to continue shaping the squad in his image.
A central defender, central midfielder and striker are believed to be among the priority positions to be targeted, but now Rangers are believed to be edging closer on sealing the first deal of the window after holding positive talks.
Rangers Agree Personal Terms With Graham
Graham, who has been described as ‘exceptional’, has been strongly linked with a move to Ibrox this summer after his impressive performances for Dundee caught the attention of club chiefs.
Club majority owner Andrew Cavanagh is understood to be playing a hands-on role in negotiations for transfers this summer, and he has already made a move to bring Graham to the club, amid rival interest from Celtic.
Now it has emerged that the club have already agreed personal terms with the 22-year-old centre-back ahead of the summer, and positive talks are ongoing with his club, with an increasing likelihood that a deal will happen.
Both Nasser Djiga and Derek Cornelius, who are on loan from Wolves and Marseille respectively, are expected to return to their parent clubs this summer, increasing the need for a new central defender, and Graham has been identified as the top target.
Rohl has refused to comment publicly on the interest in the player, but a move is understood to be edging closer.
Luke Graham Ready to Step Up?
With John Souttar signed to the club for at least another 12 months, and Emmanuel Fernandez established as the first-choice pick at centre-back, Graham would be coming in with the intention of walking straight into the starting lineup under Rohl.
GIVEMESPORT asked ChatGPT if Graham is ready for that step up, and to break down his strengths and weaknesses, and this was its response:
Is he ready to start?
- Not immediately—more likely a rotation/backup option first
- Performing consistently for Dundee (regular starter)
- Step up in pressure/expectation at Rangers F.C. is significant
- Could grow into a starter within 6–12 months
Strengths
- Strong aerial presence (6’3, set-piece threat)
- High defensive output (clearances/interceptions)
- Composed, left-footed distribution
- Comfortable in high line, good engine
Weaknesses
- Still “a couple of steps away” from top level
- Limited elite-level experience
- Decision-making under pressure can improve
- Adapting to bigger club expectations needed

Man City’s Relegation Odds For 2026-27 Premier League Season
The relegation odds for the 2026-27 Premier League season have been released, and Manchester City’s chances of going down to the Championship are eye-opening.
City currently have the huge issue of 115 charges hanging over them. Respected football insider Hand of Arsenal – who recently revealed that Guardiola would be leaving Man City, with Enzo Maresca replacing the revered Catalan coach at the Etihad Stadium – claimed on Tuesday that the verdict will be delivered in the coming weeks.
Man City could potentially face a huge punishment if found guilty of violating financial regulations between 2009 and 2018. Some experts have suggested a 60-point deduction could be imposed, while others believe the club could even be stripped of past Premier League titles.
“What do I think the outcome is going to be? I think Manchester City are going to be found liable, in breach of something,” a sports lawyer recently said after speaking with barristers working on the case. “With the number of charges there are, I don’t think they are going to get away with this.”
Premier League 2026-27 Relegation Odds
Amid the uncertainty, the bookmakers believes City have a better chance of being relegated than the likes of Brighton, Newcastle United and even Tottenham, who survived the drop by the skin of their teeth this season.
While newly-promoted sides Hull City (1/4), Coventry City (8/13) and Ipswich Town (4/6) are the red-hot favourites to be relegated, according to SkyBet’s odds, City’s odds of 14/1 are significantly shorter than the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool, who are all priced at 150/1.

Summer of Change For Manchester City
Regardless of the outcome from the 115 charges case, it promises to be a summer of change for Manchester City.
Guardiola’s departure has the potential to have a huge impact on the club, while influential figures Bernardo Silva and John Stones are also leaving.
Former Chelsea boss Maresca will have the unenviable task of filling Guardiola’s shoes and ensuring the club continue to compete for the biggest trophies next season.

The Supercomputer has crunched the numbers and predicted the entire 2026-27 Premier League table in full
On why he defended City so strenuously during his time as manager amid the 115 charges case, Guardiola said: “I trust them. I spoke with them and trust how they behave and how they did. What happened, happened.”
The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich head coach added: “There will be a resolution, but nobody from the staff, of the backroom staff or mainly the players and the manager was here.”
And asked if he will return to Manchester for a news conference once the verdict is finally announced, Guardiola said: “If you find me, yeah, but that will be difficult.”

Tottenham Eyeing Man City Defender John Stones
Tottenham are interested in signing one player who has been called up to the England squad for the World Cup ahead of the summer transfer window.
It’s certainly not going to be a quiet summer transfer window for Spurs, with a number of players already linked with departures.
Some in the Tottenham squad won’t want to be without European football, and the North London club failed to qualify after being involved in a relegation battle.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side managed to avoid dropping down to the Championship after securing a win over Everton on the final day.
After such a disappointing couple of years, the Tottenham hierarchy will undoubtedly want to back De Zerbi, especially after he turned things around for them in the second half of the season.
Man Utd Eyeing Move to Sign ‘Special’ Tottenham Star in £60m Deal
Manchester United are looking to take advantage of Tottenham’s difficult last few years.
Tottenham Eyeing Man City Transfer
According to a report from the Independent, Tottenham are now considering a deal to sign John Stones to bring in some ‘badly needed leadership’ in the summer transfer window.
Signing a new centre back could be one of their priorities, with Cristian Romero and Micky van der Ven both linked with departures.
Stones is set to be a free agent in the summer after it was confirmed that he will be leaving Manchester City following the expiration of his contract.
After years of bringing in young talents from around Europe, adding some experience to their squad could certainly be beneficial to avoid being dragged into another relegation battle.
Stones Still Won’t Come Cheap
According to David Ornstein, when John Stones signed a new deal at the Etihad Stadium back in 2021, the Man City defender was given a deal worth £250,000 a week.
Even if Tottenham are going to secure Stones’ signature on a free transfer, it’s still not going to come cheap, considering the wages they may have to offer.
If Stones is going to want to remain in the Premier League heading into the 2026-2027 season, there’s every chance he may have to drop his wage demands.
Signing Stones on £250,000 a week might not be the smartest idea, especially as he struggled to play regularly in recent years due to injuries.

German Media React to Thomas Tuchel’s England World Cup Squad
The German media have delivered a strong reaction on Thomas Tuchel after seeing England’s squad for the 2026 World Cup finals.
Tuchel made several controversial decisions with his 26-man squad for this summer’s showpiece international tournament in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Chelsea’s Cole Palmer, Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Real Madrid’s Trent Alexander-Arnold were among the highest-profile omissions.
Other players who missed the cut include Manchester United duo Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire, who admitted he was “shocked” and “gutted” to be left out, Nottingham Forest’s in-form midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White and Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton.
“I think from day one we were very clear that we are trying to select and build the best possible team, which is not necessarily to select and collect the 26 most talented players,” Tuchel told reporters after his 26-man squad was announced.
“Teams win championships, it is as simple as that. What we are trying to achieve in the summer can only be achieved as a team. With that in mind, we chose a very balanced squad.
“I can assure every fan in the country that we have 26, 100% committed players in camp with us who know their role, who are ready to buy into their role on and off the pitch and are ready and committed to the idea of team spirit and being unselfish.”
But while Tuchel is convinced he’s picked the best-possible England squad to win this summer’s World Cup, the German press clearly disagree. According to the Daily Mail, Henning Feindt, sports editor of German newspaper BILD, wrote this week:
“Tuchel has opted to leave out exceptional players like Cole Palmer, Phil Foden and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Three of the ten most valuable players – CUT OUT.
“That would be like (Germany manager Julian) Nagelsmann dropping (Florian) Wirtz and (Joshua) Kimmich from the team in addition to the out-of-form (Jamal) Musiala. In short: madness – but also incredibly exciting.”
Feindt also believes Tuchel will be sacked unless England win the World Cup for the first time since 1966 due to the German tactician’s controversial squad selection.
Alan Shearer Names England’s Starting 11 vs Croatia at World Cup – No Jude Bellingham
Thomas Tuchel is tipped to make some huge calls for England’s opening game of the World Cup
Despite leaving out a handful of top-class players, England are still among the favourites to lift the World Cup trophy in New Jersey on July 19.
The Three Lions begin their World Cup campaign with a tough match against Croatia on June 17 before facing Ghana (June 23) and Panama (June 27).
