Ebuka Obi-Uchendu Re-Proposes to Cynthia in Vatican City as They Celebrate 10 Years of Marriage
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu just gave us a masterclass in how to celebrate a decade of marriage, and it involved a ring, a surprise, and one of the most iconic locations in the world.
While on a trip to Rome and Vatican City, the media personality recreated a proposal moment for his wife, Cynthia, ten years after they first said “I do.” In a video shared from the trip, Ebuka drops to one knee at St. Peter’s Square, dressed in a crisp white traditional outfit with sunglasses, holding out a ring box. Cynthia, clearly not expecting it, freezes for a moment, places her hands on her chest, then laughs as the reality of the moment sinks in before saying yes all over again.

The setting made the moment even more memorable. With the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica in the background, cobblestone floors beneath them, and passersby stopping to smile and cheer, the re proposal felt intimate without being overly staged. Cynthia kept things chic in a grey patterned coat, styled with a small black Dior bag that completed the look effortlessly.
Ebuka later shared that the surprise came after they had attended mass at St. Peter’s Basilica. The couple marked their exact wedding anniversary on February 6, spending the day between Rome and Vatican City. As part of the celebration, they also received a 10th anniversary certificate from the Pope and ended the day with dinner at their favourite spot.
With the milestone properly celebrated, Ebuka wrapped things up on a light note, teasing the next destination as they switched into full vacation mode. One thing is clear: ten years in, the love is still intentional, playful, and worth celebrating loudly.

Nigerian music star Davido used his appearance at the FIFA World Cup Countdown Concert in Los Angeles to draw global attention to the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State.
The Afrobeats singer performed wearing a custom-made jacket with the inscription “Bring Them Home,” alongside the names of 39 abducted pupils and seven teachers from Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The victims were kidnapped in May after armed men attacked schools in the Ahoro-Esinele community. The incident reportedly claimed the lives of a school official and a motorcyclist, while a teacher later died in captivity.
Davido further highlighted the issue by reposting a message on X (formerly Twitter) that showcased the jacket and emphasized the need to keep the victims in public consciousness.

The FIFA World Cup Countdown Concert is part of FIFA’s activities leading up to the 2026 World Cup and features performances from artists across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Davido shared the stage with several international acts, including Major Lazer.
The singer has previously spoken about the abduction and has joined calls for urgent action to secure the safe return of the victims.
His gesture has since sparked reactions online, with many social media users commending him for using a global platform to raise awareness about the ongoing situation and advocate for the abducted pupils and teachers.

Sabrina Idukpaye’s Bold BBNaija Season 10 Reunion Look Proves Every New Chapter Deserves Its Own Style

Fashion often looks its best when it tells the truth. For Sabrina Idukpaye, this reunion appearance was more than a style moment. It was a reflection of a woman who has grown beyond the expectations she once had for herself and embraced a story even better than the one she planned.
For the BBNaija Season 10 Reunion, Sabrina Idukpaye stepped out in a look that felt deeply personal. Inspired by her own journey since leaving the Big Brother house, this outfit was not created to revisit the past. It was designed to honour the woman she has become.
Working once again with Ajide, the designer behind her memorable finale look, Sabrina initially imagined a remix of that chapter. Instead, the conversation moved in a different direction. Why recreate an old moment when growth has already created a new one?

That idea comes alive in every detail of this look. The feathered bodice immediately draws attention. The rich blend of yellow, ivory, and deep green creates the feeling of something blooming. It is bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore. Rather than relying on sparkle or heavy embellishment, the feathers bring movement, texture, and personality.
The skirt balances the drama beautifully. Soft draping across the hips adds structure, while the flowing fabric creates a sense of ease. The high slit introduces confidence without overwhelming the design. Every element works together to create a shape that feels fresh and self-assured.
What makes this outfit particularly interesting is the contrast. The top is expressive and unconventional, while the skirt remains elegant and controlled. That balance mirrors the message behind Sabrina’s caption. Growth often means learning how to embrace different parts of yourself at the same time. Strength and softness. Confidence and humility. The person you were and the person you are becoming.

Beyond the fashion, this look carries a reminder that many people can relate to. Life rarely unfolds exactly as planned. The version of success we imagine is often different from the one we eventually receive. Yet sometimes the unexpected path leads to something even more beautiful.
Sabrina’s reunion appearance is not just about feathers, colour, or the overall look. It is about trusting the journey, embracing change, and celebrating the person you become along the way.

Got Shorts? This Is the Chic Way to Style Them Effortlessly

There is an art to making a fashion statement without looking overstyled, and this outfit gets it exactly right.
The magic starts with the top. The blue-and-white stripes are already eye-catching, but it is the dramatic pleated construction that takes the design to another level. The way the fabric expands outward creates peplum shape that feels modern, creative and refreshingly different from the usual blouse-and-shorts combination.
The accessories continue that conversation. The white handbag echoes the shorts, while the pointed pumps add polish and lengthen the overall appearance. The sunglasses bring a touch of confidence that makes the entire look feel intentional rather than simply fashionable.
There is also something appealing about how wearable this outfit is despite its bold design. The top feels artistic, yet the styling keeps everything approachable. It is the kind of look that inspires people to rethink everyday dressing and experiment with proportion, texture and shape.
More importantly, it proves that chic style is often about confidence in your choices. Not every outfit needs layers of details to make an impact. As styling idea, it shows that shorts can be just as chic as dresses when styled thoughtfully. It is the perfect kind of outfit for a stylish brunch, a daytime event, a creative work meeting or even a weekend outing where you want to look polished.
