Some designers make beautiful dresses. Then there are designers like Prudent Gabriel who create fashion moments people cannot stop talking about. At the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards award night, her brand Prudential Atelier did not just dress celebrities, it completely transformed the red carpet into a runway filled with art, structure, drama and fearless creativity.
From the very first look, it was clear that her signature style was everywhere. The designs carried strong details, sculpted shapes, rich textures and bold finishing that instantly stood out in a sea of regular gowns. Every outfit had its own personality, yet they all carried that unmistakable Prudential Atelier touch.
Toyin Abraham stepped out in a dramatic black and gold masterpiece that looked regal from every angle. The layered design, bold shoulder detail and flowing structure gave the outfit a powerful presence that commanded attention immediately. It was classy, artistic and impossible to ignore.
Liquorose brought pure high fashion energy in a futuristic nude illusion dress decorated with silver details and a dramatic cloud like finish at the bottom. The look felt daring, soft and luxurious at the same time. It showed how Prudent Gabriel knows how to mix fantasy with elegance without losing balance.
Nelly Mbonu wore one of the most unconventional pieces of the night. The bronze textured gown with artistic patterns and the oversized structured back detail looked like wearable sculpture. It was bold, experimental and exactly the kind of risk that makes a designer unforgettable.
Then Chinonso closed the style conversation with a white embellished gown that blended softness with precision. The beadwork, sheer illusion details and dramatic silhouette gave the dress a clean luxury finish that looked red carpet ready from head to toe.
What truly made these looks special was how different they all were, yet every single one still carried the same creative DNA. That is the power of a designer with a strong identity. Prudent Gabriel did not follow trends at the AMVCA. She created her own fashion language and every celebrity wearing Prudential Atelier became part of the story.

Liquorose Gave Us Two Different Versions of Glamour and Both Were Worth the Spotlight
Liquorose knows how to wear a dress that keeps people looking twice. Her latest look is proof that you don’t always need multiple outfits to create different fashion moments. Sometimes, all it takes is one well-designed gown and the right styling.
The dress immediately catches the eye with its sparkling beadwork, which covers almost every inch of the fabric. The fitted shape highlights the waist and hips beautifully, while the high slit adds just the right amount of drama. Up top, the bodice stands out with its floral-inspired detailing, giving the gown texture and making it feel more special than your typical evening dress.
With the embroidered cape draped over her shoulders, the gown feels elegant and grand. The extra layer adds movement and gives the outfit a more formal feel. It’s the kind of look that would fit perfectly at a birthday dinner, engagement party, wedding reception, or any event where you want to make a memorable entrance.
Take the cape away, and the dress takes on a different vibe. The focus shifts to the fitted silhouette, the sparkle, and the beautiful detailing across the gown. It feels lighter, more playful, and perfect for an evening celebration where you want to look glamorous without feeling overdressed.
The beauty of this outfit is that it gives you options. You can enjoy the drama of the cape for photos and arrivals, then switch to the simpler version for the rest of the night. It’s one dress, but it creates two completely different fashion moments.
Got a birthday dinner, special date night, engagement celebration, or evening event coming up? This look is worth saving. Wear it with a cape if you want a grand, attention-grabbing entrance. Wear it without one if you prefer something sleek and effortless. Either way, you’ll still look like the best-dressed person in the room.

Nigerian filmmaker Akinola Davies Jr. and British-Nigerian actor Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù have received invitations to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), the prestigious organisation responsible for the Academy Awards, popularly known as the Oscars.

Lil Baby Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2027 Outfit Turns Heads at the Menswear Show
Lil Baby made a strong case for understated luxury as he attended the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show during Paris Fashion Week. Seated front row alongside stars including Wizkid, Asake, and Victor Wembanyama, the rapper arrived in a refined look that blended classic tailoring with modern streetwear. Rather than relying on bold prints or oversized logos, his outfit stood out through premium textures, clean styling, and thoughtful details.
The centerpiece of his look was a rich, burnt orange leather jacket with a structured collar and zip-front closure. The warm tone instantly drew attention while giving the outfit a sophisticated edge. Underneath, he layered a crisp white shirt with a slim dark green tie, adding a polished contrast that elevated the casual leather jacket. The combination struck a balance between smart dressing and relaxed luxury, a styling approach that has become increasingly popular in men’s fashion.

Lil Baby paired the jacket with light-wash flared jeans that softened the structured top half of the outfit. The relaxed denim created an effortless silhouette, while chunky black leather boots grounded the look with a bold finish. His accessories remained simple, featuring diamond stud earrings, statement rings, a luxury watch, and his signature black durag, allowing the clothing to remain the focal point.
Throughout the event, Lil Baby was spotted chatting with fellow front-row guests, including Wizkid and NBA star Victor Wembanyama, reflecting the global mix of music, sports, and fashion personalities brought together by Pharrell Williams for the latest Louis Vuitton presentation.

Lil Baby’s Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 outfit proves that making a statement doesn’t always require loud fashion. By combining a premium leather jacket, classic shirt and tie, relaxed denim, and timeless accessories, he delivered a look that felt confident, effortless, and perfectly suited to one of the biggest menswear shows of the season.
