2027: Pacify Nigerians, coalition can remove you – Primate Ayodele tells Tinubu

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele on Tuesday warned President Bola Tinubu to pacify Nigerians ahead of the 2027 general election.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele said Nigerians would use the election to express their anger and grievances against the government, adding that if the president failed to address the crisis, 2027 could be difficult for him.

The prophet noted that several people around the president were deceiving him that all was well, adding that they were only interested in his money.

He revealed that those who failed to secure tickets in the party would work against Tinubu’s emergence in 2027.

Ayodele said: “Tinubu is very desperate; he has not done what Nigerians want, and people surrounding him are deceiving him. They only want to eat his money.

“Most of the people who dropped from the party will work against Tinubu’s victory, and he can lose the election if he isn’t careful.”

He explained that Atiku Abubakar and other opposition candidates could remove the president from office.

According to him, “the coalition of Atiku and others can take Tinubu out of office, regardless of those he has with him.”

He urged the president not to rely on rigging, saying it would be resisted by most Nigerians.

Ayodele advised the president to pacify the people, warning that some plans to win the election through means other than votes might not work.

“All the plans to rig will be resisted by Nigerians, and mind you, the election is going to be tough. Don’t expect it to be free and fair.

“People will show that they are desperate, and people will show they don’t want APC. The party needs to pacify Nigerians; otherwise, all the magic will not work,” he added.
