NFL: Every Stadium Ranked From Worst to Best

Published

on

NFL stadiums are the beating heart of the league, with fans packing out stadiums week in week out to support their teams from Week one all the way to Week 18, and throughout the playoffs, with 32 teams battling it out to be in contention for the Vince Lombardi Trophy come the 14th of February, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, home to the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers.

With the NFL season getting underway in just under a month, with a rematch of Super Bowl 60 between reigning champions the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, taking place at Lumen Field, before the season begins, AI has ranked all 30 NFL stadiums, from worst to best to see which team takes home that title.

Hard Rock Stadium

Miami Dolphins

AI Description: The canopy transformed the South Florida experience.

The home of the Miami Dolphins isn’t just a home to the AFC East side; it has also held matches for the Miami Open in tennis, as well as the Miami Hurricanes in College Football since 2008, although it does not directly involve the stadium. Since 2022, Formula One has added Miami to its calendar, with drivers winding around the stadium.

Hard Rock Stadium is 38 years old, originally named Joe Robbie Stadium and holds just over 65,000 fans. In 2016, extensive updates were finished, adding a canopy roof as well as updated seating.

This stadium adds a weird nuance to visiting NFL sides as the away sideline is typically significantly hotter than the Dolphins one that they stand on, with it being shown during the match between the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings, with the visiting Vikings sideline measuring to be 30 degrees hotter than their opponents.

9

Ceasars Superdome

New Orleans Saints

AI Description: Historic, loud, and uniquely New Orleans.

This stadium has hosted eight Super Bowls, the most out of any NFL stadium, with the first one happening in 1978 between the Cowboys and the Broncos, and most recently in 2025, in which the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs.

Formerly named the Louisiana Superdome up until 2011, this stadium’s capacity holds 73,208 fans, but can be expanded to 76,468, although those fans haven’t had much to cheer about over past years with the Saints not winning a playoff game since 2021.

In 2019, this stadium witnessed one of the most controversial no-calls in NFL history, with there being clear pass interference from Rams corner back Nickell Robey-Coleman on Saints receiver Tommylee Lewis going uncalled-for, with the latter eventually losing in overtime.

8

Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Atlanta Falcons

MixCollage-17-Jun-2025-07-21-AM-7682

AI Description: One of the most spectacular roofs/interiors in sports.

The home of the Atlanta Falcons is certainly one of the most visually pleasing stadiums in the NFL, with its modern and futuristic look. Internally and externally, it holds 71,000 spectators and opened as recently as 2017, with the cost to build this infrastructure totalling just over two million dollars.

As well as hosting NFL games, it’s home to Atlanta United in the MLS and showcases the Peach Bowl in College Football, typically played either as a quarter-final or a semi-final.

Originally, this stadium was meant to open on the 1st of March 2017, but was delayed due to the complexity of the eight-panel retractable roof. Eventually, the Falcons would play in it for the first time against the Green Bay Packers on the 17th of September 2017.

7

Arrowhead Stadium

Kansas City Chiefs

AI Description: Maybe the most pure football atmosphere in America.

Recently rebranded as just Arrowhead Stadium, converting from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the capacity reads 76,416, and is the third-oldest current stadium in the NFL.

Based off data from the 2025/26 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs had the third-highest attendance, behind the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos, with 661,146.

The fans inside the Chiefs’ ground once achieved the loudest crowd roar, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, achieving a measurement of 142.2 decibels against the Patriots in 2014.

6

Levi’s Stadium

San Francisco 49ers

AI Description: Modern, major-calibre, excellent amenities.

The one downside to the home of the 49ers is that it is a 45-minute drive from San Francisco, given that the stadium is located in Santa Clara.

It’s been home to the 49ers since 2014, with the branding of Levi’s, who purchased naming rights in 2013, it holds a capacity of 68,500, and held last year’s Super Bowl between the Seahawks and the Patriots, as well as Super Bowl 50, where the Denver Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers.

While Levi’s Stadium is primarily home to the 49ers, it was turned into a football stadium to host six World Cup games over the summer, including, the USA vs Bosnia and Herzegovina and Qatar’s first-ever World Cup point against Switzerland.

5

Solider Field

Chicago Field

AI Description: Flawed Building, but an unbeatable lakefront/historic building.

The home of the Chicago Bears is the oldest active stadium in the NFL, with it celebrating its 102nd birthday on the 9th of October 1924. The Bears have been home to this stadium since 1971, with major renovations taking place in 2003 with modern steel-and-concrete seating bowl inside the neoclassical outer colonnades, which cost $632 million.

Although this might not be the Bears’ home for much longer, as the ownership are looking into moving to a new stadium, located in Indiana, if they were to move, then they still would keep the Chicago name if they were to relocate.

4

AT&T Stadium

Dallas Cowboys

AI Description: Ridiculous in the most possible way – Jerry World delivers spectacle.

Many believe the Cowboys to be the biggest franchise in the NFL, regardless of bringing high expectations into the start of the new season, but always seem to let their fans down within their 80,000-plus-seat stadium.

Jerry’s world, as many like to call it, is named after its owner, Jerry Jones. It’s believed that it’s meant to reflect his bigger-than-life personality, as both a football stadium and an entertainment complex.

The stadium in Arlington, Texas, opened in 2009, and its features include massive arched steel supports, and a giant centre-hung high definition video board.

3

Allegiant Stadium

Las Vegas Raiders

allegiant-stadium Credit Raiders.com

AI Description: Gorgeous, theatrical, uniquely Vegas.

Located just west of the Las Vegas strip, this arena opened in 2020, and is also home to the UNLV Rebels College Football team, with a capacity of 65,000, but can be expanded by an extra 6,000 seats.

It hosted one of the more dramatic Super Bowls in history, between the Chiefs and the 49ers in 2024, and will also hold Super Bowl LXIII in 2029.

Recently, the Las Vegas Bowl in the College Football playoffs took place at Allegiant Stadium as of 2021, and at $1.9 billion, it is among the most expensive stadiums in the world.

2

SoFi Stadium

Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers

AI Description: Architectural masterpiece and arguably the best overall facility.

Situated next to Rivers Lake, the home to the Rams and Chargers is one of the most visually pleasing stadiums, and alongside MetLife Stadium, which hosts Giants and Jets games, it’s one of only two to hold two NFL teams in the same stadium.

The Rams won the Super Bowl in 2022 against the Bengals in their own stadium, and the Buccaneers did that too in 2020, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs.

The interior of this stadium has a massive 360-degree double-sided oval video board from the roof and the playing field is dug about 100 feet below ground level to comply with nearby LAX fight paths.

1

Lambeau Field

Green Bay Packers

Lambeau Field Credit: Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

AI Description: The NFL pilgrimage: history, atmosphere, and football identity.

It seems right that the team with the most Lombardi Trophies claims top spot on the AI’s list of NFL stadiums, winning 13 NFL Championships, but only four within the Super Bowl era, with the most recent one coming in 2011, with Aaron Rodgers under centre.

It has a rich history as the NFL’s oldest continuously operating venue. Lambeau Field is typically filled with Packers fans with cheese hats on their heads, known as “cheeseheads.”

Once named The Ice Bowl, due to a New Year’s Eve game against the Cowboys being played in a brutal kickoff temperature of -13 degrees Farenheit.

Joe Rogan Names UFC Fighter Who Would Beat Islam Makhachev

Published

on

By

Reigning UFC Welterweight Champion Islam Makhachev successfully defended his title in the main event of UFC 330, beating Ian Machado Garry by unanimous decision.

The win was a history-making one for the Russian grappler as it marked his 17th consecutive victory inside the Octagon, which is a company record.

However, while the 34-year-old is still a champion, he wasn’t quite as dominant as he was down at lightweight, where he held UFC gold before vacating the title to move up to 170lbs.

Islam Makhachev ‘Tested’ at UFC 330

Although Islam’s grappling was still effective, he struggled to keep his Irish opponent pinned to the mat in the same way that he had done to foes in the lighter weight class.

Some observers, including UFC CEO Dana White, even felt that Machado Garry could have possibly snatched the title if he had gone all out for the victory during the final round of the fight.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan spoke after the bout on why the move up to welterweight presents such a big challenge to Makhachev.

“He [Makhachev] did when he had to do. He was really tested in ways that we haven’t seen him tested before. Although he won by a healthy margin, there were moments where you’re used to Islam having a certain amount of control, and he just didn’t have it over the bigger guy.”

Joe Rogan Warns Islam Makhachev to Avoid Welterweight With ‘Nuclear Power’

The veteran podcaster went on to warn that one fighter, in particular, would be a problem for Islam.

“This was the question after the move up to 170. There are some guys like Michael Morales who are absolutely gigantic. The gap is bigger than it is with Ian Garry.

Ecuador’s Morales is undefeated as a professional, with 19 straight wins and 14 knockouts. The 27-year-old has won each of his last three UFC contests via KO, defeating names such as Neil Magny, Gilbert Burns and Sean Brady.

He is currently the number three ranked welterweight in the UFC, but Rogan urged Makhachev to steer clear of him if he wants to remain atop the 170lbs division.

“Out of the 10 victories that Garry has had in the Octagon, he’s only had three stoppages. Morales kills everybody he touches. Ian Garry doesn’t have nuclear power. Morales has nuclear power!”

Makhachev mentioned Morales’ name in his UFC 330 post-fight press conference, but appeared to dismiss the idea of facing him next, stating that he wasn’t sure when he had last fought. The Russian grappler then made it clear that he already had a date and opponent in mind for his next title defence.

Whether Morales is next in line after that fight remains to be seen, but Makhachev has admitted that he doesn’t believe he has long left in his UFC career.

Speaking before UFC 330, he declared:

“I understand I’m not 28 years old; I’m 34 right now. And I don’t have much time. Sometimes, it’s not going like you want in the UFC. You want to fight after three or four months, but it’s not according to your wish.”

Five Things We Learned About Tottenham In Pre-Season

Published

on

By

The new Premier League season is almost upon us and Tottenham Hotspur open their account with the short trip across London to take on Brentford on Saturday evening.

Pre-season is complete, everything now is geared towards that season opener and Roberto De Zerbi getting the new season up and running with three points.

After back-to-back 17th-placed finishes in the Premier League, things could not get much worse for Spurs, save for suffering relegation, which they just managed to avoid on the final day of last season by beating Everton 1-0.

De Zerbi will be tasked with getting Tottenham back towards the top of the table once more and challenging for the UEFA Champions League spots.

In trying to do that he has made a swathe of changes to the squad he inherited from Igor Tudor at the end of March. Eleven players have been moved on, with the two loanees – Joao Palhinha and Randal Kolo Muani – not returning to the club either. Six new players have arrived and there are expected to be more incoming and outgoing deals completed before the summer transfer window closes on September 1.

With the new season just five days away for Spurs have completed their pre-season preparations and GIVEMESPORT takes a look at what we and De Zerbi will have learned from it.

Tottenham need a striker

Richarlison and Solanke (Tottenham)

Ok, so this is hardly something we learned in pre-season, we knew this before the summer, but with the season almost here, it’s crystal clear that one piece of transfer business remains unattended.

Spurs had Richarlison and Dominic Solanke in their ranks last season, with Kolo Muani able to play through the middle too. Now, with the ineffective Frenchman gone, the emphasis is on just Richarlison and Solanke.

De Zerbi remains unsure as to whether Richarlison actually wants to stay at the club, while Solanke has hardly played in pre-season – continuing to have injury problems that blighted his 2025/26 campaign.

Solanke can be the perfect No.9 for De Zerbi, if he stays fit, but there is a clear need for another striker to arrive at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.

Central defence hint

Jan Paul van Hecke in action for the Netherlands

There has been no sign of Micky van de Ven in pre-season so far. And with Cristian Romero departing the club for Atletico Madrid this summer, you would have thought the Dutchman would be the first name on the teamsheet at the back against Brentford.

New signings Jan Paul van Hecke and Marcos Senesi were paired together in the 3-0 win over Hoffenheim on Saturday and played 81 minutes together.

It appears they will be the first choice pairing for the opening game of the season, with van de Ven edged back into contention as the weeks go on and increasing his minutes over time.

Sandro Tonali is the real deal

Sandro Tonali (Tottenham) Action Images via Reuters/Matthew Childs

Tottenham supporters will be expecting a lot from Sandro Tonali, since he has become the club’s first £100million player – providing the add-on bonuses are met over time.

Speaking after the win over Hoffenheim on Saturday, football.london’s Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold said: “The 26-year-old will become Spurs’ metronome. He will dictate their rhythm, their tempo and the way that Roberto De Zerbi’s team will play. The Tottenham boss has wanted Tonali to play for him for years and finally he has taken charge of a club with the means and willingness to make it happen.

Tonali is not a headline maker. He won’t score many goals or crunch into tackles but he is the conductor of the orchestra.

The Italian will have got up to speed with 90 minutes in that match and will be a key component of the way De Zerbi wants his Spurs team to play football.

Who else plays in midfield?

De Zerbi Lucas Bergvall Action Images via Reuters

Tonali was joined in the middle of the park by Conor Gallagher and Lucas Bergvall on Saturday, with fellow new signing Mateus Fernandes, James Maddison, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pape Matar Sarr playing against the same opposition on Sunday.

De Zerbi has a wealth of options in that area of the pitch and it will be interesting to see who gets the nod alongside Tonali. If De Zerbi plays his 4-2-3-1 formation, you’d imagine Tonali will play in one of the more reserved roles, with Maddison, if deemed fit enough, the creative link to play in the 10. That means Bergvall, Bentancur, Fernandes, Sarr and Gallagher, as well as Archie Gray who filled in at right-back on Saturday, are all fighting for one other position. The strength in depth is hugely encouraging.

Attack needs work, but it could be very exciting

Cody Gakpo (Netherlands) Jay Biggerstaff (IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters)

If Spurs do sign a new No.9, they will not stop there. There are plans for the Lilywhites to bring in three new signings before the transfer window shuts, with two side forward also on the agenda.

It just would have been nice to get all of the business wrapped up before the season began, after starting the window so promisingly with that influx of defensive and midfield signings.

Fees correct prior to summer 2026

All 10 found — excellent!

Tottenham are in advanced talks with Manchester City and Liverpool over the signings of Savinho and Cody Gakpo respectively and it would make for a very exciting frontline and squad in general if Spurs do get three attacking signings over the line before September 1’s deadline.
