The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested two women and a man over alleged involvement in immoral activities at a housing estate in Kano.
The operation was carried out at the Sheikh Muhammad Nasiru Kabara housing estate, popularly known as Bandirawo estate, along Daura Road in Kano.
The raid was led by the Commander of CSH, Hafizu Garba Adakawa, according to officials of the board.

She also claimed that the house was originally given to her by another woman who later travelled to Egypt.
According to her, “I am not the only one involved in such activities in the neighbourhood,” she reportedly said during questioning.
During the same operation, Hisbah officers also arrested a man identified as Ali Abubakar, a 35-year-old fish seller from Kano Cooperative area, alongside a woman, Fatima Abubakar, 28, from Niger State.
The two were reportedly found inside a room and allegedly preparing to engage in immoral conduct when they were arrested.
The suspects were said to have told Hisbah officials that it was their first time and pleaded for forgiveness.
The suspects were later arraigned before Malam Sani Tanimu Hausawa, a judge within the Hisbah premises, for further action.

Bandits release video of ex-Army spokesperson Major General Rabe Abubakar, wife in captivity [VIDEO]
Bandits have released a video showing abducted former Nigerian Army spokesperson, Rabe Abubakar, and his wife, following their reported kidnapping.
The video was shared on Saturday in a post on X by journalist Bakatsine, who monitors insecurity in northwestern Nigeria.
In the post accompanying the video, concern was expressed over the abductors’ reported demands, particularly a call for the release of detained associates as part of negotiations for the victims’ freedom.
The post also raised concerns that meeting such demands could encourage a cycle of abductions and further insecurity if authorities proceed with prisoner exchanges.
He wrote: “This is the video released by bandits of former Nigerian Army spokesperson Major General Rabe Abubakar and his wife following their abduction.
“We hope for their safe and swift release. However, the abductors demands are equally alarming, particularly their reported call for the release of detained associates.
“If authorities agree to such exchanges, are we not reinforcing a cycle that could embolden bandits and endanger even more communities across the country in the long term?
