Wedding bells are ringing for one of Nigeria’s most talked-about couples. Content creator Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, widely known as Peller, and influencer Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly called Jarvis, have officially tied the knot in a civil ceremony.

The couple exchanged their legal vows in Lagos on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, making their union official just a few days before their highly anticipated white wedding, which is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2026.

Their civil wedding comes after an important milestone in their relationship. In June, Peller travelled to Benin City, Edo State, to formally introduce himself to Jarvis’ family and complete the traditional marriage rites, including the payment of the bride price.
