Dana White Posts Brutal Image of Paddy Pimblett’s Face After Justin Gaethje Fight
Paddy Pimblett had his first chance at claiming UFC gold on Saturday night, facing Justin Gaethje in a bout for the interim lightweight title. Things didn’t go the Liverpudlian’s way, however, losing out on the belt in an exciting and dramatic main event at UFC 324.
Pimblett is known for his iconic line ‘Scousers don’t get knocked out’ and on Saturday night he proved this once again, fighting through three knockdowns to take the bout to decision.
Despite this show of heart, the effects of Gaethje’s onslaught were visible in the aftermath of the fight. Shortly after the event, UFC CEO Dana White posted a photo of the immense damage to Pimblett’s face appropriately captioned with ‘SAVAGE!!!’
Paddy Pimblett’s Game Plan at UFC 324 Surprised Many
Fighters and fans alike were surprised by Pimblett’s decision to remain standing with Gaethje, as the Scouser is renowned for his Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, while the latter is notorious for his violent striking matches. At the post-fight press conference, White mentioned that he was surprised to hear Pimblett say that he was going to ‘knock [Gaethje] out tomorrow,’ laughing that he ‘never abandoned that game plan.’
Pimblett handled his first loss in the UFC with grace, saying that he thought ’48-47 was a fair scorecard’ and that there was ‘no other man I’d rather lose to than The Highlight.’
He was shortly thereafter transported to hospital as a precaution, and praised for his toughness and durability by Dana White who ‘didn’t know he had a chin like that until tonight.’
Paddy Pimblett’s Rivals Mock UFC 324 Defeat
In the aftermath of the fight, Pimblett was criticised by some of his rivals. Lightweight champion Ilia Topuria criticised him for losing ‘the biggest paycheck of your life‘ by missing out on the chance to fight him, taking the chance to also warn Gaethje that he is ‘screwed no matter what’ in the upcoming title unification bout.
Likewise, welterweight champion Islam Makhachev tweeted that ‘what was brought on a platter turned out to be inedible,’ criticising Pimblett and suggesting that his shot at the title was somehow undeserved or too easy. Arman Tsarukyan also piped up after he felt he was overlooked for the interim title fight.
Paddy Pimblett’s Next Fight
In terms of his return to the cage, it has been suggested by some that the heart shown through the bout by Pimblett might mean that his stock doesn’t fall too badly. Joe Rogan said in the post-fight interview that the Brit’s ‘courage in that fight’ meant that ‘even in this loss [he thinks] it’s a victory.’
However, lightweight is a tough division filled with potential contenders, so after his recovery, the Scouser will at least find himself pushed back a bit from his dreams of winning a belt.

Lewis Hamilton Speaks Out About Kim Kardashian After Monaco GP Backlash
Lewis Hamilton has praised the support of his girlfriend Kim Kardashian after her appearance, for the first time at a Formula 1 Grand Prix, around the streets of Monaco this past weekend.
Kardashian headed out to Monaco with sister Khloe to support new boyfriend Lewis, having become public with their relationship in February and recently launching it on social media.
It wasn’t a completely smooth weekend for Kardashian, however, particularly facing backlash for how she responded to veteran commentator Martin Brundle’s iconic grid walk.
Kim Kardashian Criticised For Monaco GP Actions
Upon spotting them in the crowd, Brundle approached and asked how she was, and that ‘people usually have a quick chat with us.’ He was met with a blank stare and a wave before the sisters were ushered away from the cameras. This seemed to upset many fans over the weekend.
Someone wrote: “Kim Kardashian is not too good to talk to Martin Brundle. What a complete lack of class.”
Two Formula 1 Rules Kim Kardashian Must Follow While Supporting Lewis Hamilton
Kim Kardashian was at the Monaco Grand Prix to support Lewis Hamilton, but she broke a Formula One rule everyone has to follow.
“She was very rude not to even acknowledge him,” another user wrote.
Despite this, a lot of people were sympathetic towards Kardashian, with one saying: “I’m surprised Lewis didn’t pre-warn Kim Kardashian about grid lane etiquette and Martin Brundle interviews.”
While another said: “Her publicist should’ve prepared her for paddock traditions.”
Brundle’s grid walk has become an event all in itself on big race days, interviewing stars like Terry Crews, Jeremy Clarkson, and recently Colin Farrell. According to The Independent, all celebrities on the grid are expected to speak to Brundle when approached for an interview, given his status in the sport. Fans have come to expect chaos and laughs when Brundle roams around the cars with a microphone in hand, and they certainly got that at Monaco.
Hamilton had a great weekend overall, finishing second in the race not far behind eventual race winner Kimi Antonelli. This being his third podium of the season moves him up to second in the Drivers’ Championship, ahead of his former Mercedes teammate George Russell, but behind the runaway leader Antonelli.
Lewis Hamilton Speaks About Kim Kardashian’s Presence
Speaking to reporters post-race, Hamilton had this to say: “It is amazing to have her come this weekend and to have that support.
“It is amazing to have good people around you, good people supporting you, and she does that for me every day.”
The couple will no doubt be pleased with the weekend the Scuderia man has had, and with momentum building, it is on to Barcelona- Catalunya this weekend, where he will be hoping this fine form continues.

Tyson Fury’s Final Opponent Before Facing Anthony Joshua ‘Leaked’
The opponent for Tyson Fury‘s final warm-up bout before facing Anthony Joshua has been leaked, and it’s likely to cause controversy.
‘The Gypsy King’ has signed a contract to fight ‘AJ’ before the end of 2026, with the pair finally set to deliver one of the most-anticipated fights in British boxing history.
However, prior to Fury vs Joshua, both men will have warm-up fights. Joshua already has a clash with Albanian heavyweight Kristian Prenga booked for the 25th of July in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Fury has confirmed that he will also compete this summer. The 37-year-old is set to return to the ring on the 1st of August in Dublin, Ireland.
Identity of Tyson Fury’s Next Opponent Revealed
Details of his planned opponent for that bout have now emerged, and it’s safe to say that few will be expecting Tyson to have any problems getting the victory.
Per Boxing News, the former unified world heavyweight champion will face undefeated opposition in the warm-up bout. However, at 41 years old, Nelson Hysa is well past his physical prime.
Holder of the unheralded WBO Global Heavyweight Championship, Hysa is no stranger to Fury, with the pair having sparred together on multiple occasions.
The fight has yet to be officially signed, but the veteran heavyweight is said to be the leading contender to be Fury’s final obstacle before the Joshua clash, with final details now being worked out.
In truth, though, Hysa is a downgrade in terms of opposition compared to Arslanbek Makhmudov, who Fury beat easily in his comeback fight in April.
Tyson Fury Has Previously Shared the Ring With His Next Opponent
Curiously, Hysa is ranked as the best heavyweight in Albania, sitting just above Joshua’s warm-up foe, Prenga. However, it remains to be seen whether he will have the same level of ambition as his compatriot when it comes to their summer fights.
Prenga has vowed to ‘cancel’ Fury vs Joshua by knocking ‘AJ’ out in their July clash, stating:
“Brother, it’s like going from one to 100. Everyone will see on July 25 who I really am. They chose me as a warm-up fight for him and Tyson Fury but that’s not going to happen. I am going to cancel that, that’s for sure.”
Hysa may not be quite so keen to spring a shock. Not only has he trained alongside Fury, but he also recently became stablemates with Tyson, having signed with Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions.
Another clue the contest may have more of an exhibition feel comes in that it will serve as the co-main event on a card headlined by Pierce O’Leary vs Mark Chamberlain for the IBO Super Lightweight Championship.
If, as expected, both Fury and Joshua come through their respective fights, all eyes will be on the fight the world really wants to see as the two biggest names in British boxing finally settle their differences.

Lewis Hamilton Seriously Slammed For ‘Hypocritical’ Billionaire Comments
Lewis Hamilton has come under fire after comments he made about “the disparity between the wealthy and the poor” resurfaced over the same weekend that his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, was in attendance to watch him race for the first time.
Hamilton picked up his third podium of the season this past weekend around the streets of Monaco and seems to really be building some momentum in the famous Ferrari seat. However, comments made regarding wealthy billionaires resurfaced from a podcast appearance three-and-a-half years ago, and it’s seen him receive plenty of stick for his remarks.
What Did Lewis Hamilton Say About Billionaires
On Jay Shetty’s podcast, Hamilton said: “One of the things that I struggle with every day is that there is such a disparity between the wealthy and the poor.
“When you drive around LA, there’s still so many people living on the streets. You shouldn’t be able to have billions. I think there should be a limit to how much you can have because there’s enough to go around for everyone.”
These comments emerged over the Monaco Grand Prix race weekend, as his girlfriend Kim Kardashian is worth an estimated $1.9 billion, having built a career in TV and clothing industries, among other pursuits.
A lot of the attention from this weekend was focused on Hamilton’s partner, who was attending a race for the first time since the relationship became public knowledge. Following the end of the race, and a brilliant performance from the Brit, he was seen embracing Kardashian in celebration of a great finish.
It wasn’t all good for Ferrari, however, as his teammate, and Monaco local Charles Leclerc crashed out after seemingly being thwarted by some damaged track, causing him to collide with the barriers and retire from his home race.
F1 Fans Fuming With How Kim Kardashian Treated Martin Brundle at Monaco Grand Prix
The influencer’s behaviour hasn’t gone down well…
The total net worth of the couple is believed to be around £1.83 billion, and this combined wealth has caused some fans to be critical of the comments previously made by the seven-time world champion.
One wrote: “Both the amount of hypocrisy here and the lack of pushback is really something to behold.”
Another user commented: “Umm… a bit rich coming from Hamilton. What’s the net worth of your girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, again?”
The pair have been friends for over a decade, and at the beginning of this year they were seen together at a New Year’s party. They went public with their relationship at the Super Bowl in February, and it has been all up from there for the couple!
Next up for Hamilton is the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, where he will be hoping his stellar form for Ferrari can continue on from Monaco.
